Project Overview

Campari's Christmas Promotion was a holiday consumer campaign designed to increase product engagement and brand participation during a high-volume seasonal period. The experience enabled consumers to enter a promotion flow through WhatsApp—using a low-friction, familiar messaging interface.

Syncore Online designed the end-to-end promotion experience, developed the campaign landing flow, integrated messaging-based participation, and built the back-office services required to validate entries, prevent abuse, and produce performance reporting.
