Delete your account and personal information

Syncore Online LLC ("Syncore," "we," "us," or "our") designs and builds software products for our clients. If you use a mobile app, web application, or other digital service that we developed or operate on behalf of a client, this page explains how you can ask to delete your account and associated personal information.
1. Who processes your data
Many apps we build are owned and operated by our clients. Those clients are often the "data controller" responsible for your information, while we may process data on their instructions as a service provider. Depending on the product, your deletion request may need to be fulfilled by the client, by us, or by both parties working together.
When you submit a request using the form on this page, we route it to our team so we can identify the right product owner, confirm our role, and coordinate next steps.
2. What you can request
You may request that we:
- Delete your user account for an app or service we developed or help operate;
- Delete or anonymize personal information associated with that account, subject to legal exceptions; and
- Where applicable, forward your request to the client that controls the product.
We may need additional information to verify your identity and locate your account (for example, the product name, workspace name, or approximate date you signed up). If we contact you for follow-up, please respond from the same email address you provide below when possible.
3. What we may retain
We may retain certain records where the law requires it, where retention is necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or where an app's architecture requires limited technical data that cannot reasonably be tied to you as an individual. If any portion of your data must be retained for these reasons, we will explain that at a high level when we respond to your request, to the extent we are permitted by law and by our agreements with product owners.
4. Timelines
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and to complete verified requests within a reasonable period, depending on complexity, the systems involved, and any applicable law (for example, certain privacy regulations specify maximum response times). If a delay is expected, we will let you know.
