Syncore Online developed a Records Management System (RMS) for a state lottery organization to manage the full lifecycle of official records—from creation and classification through retention, retrieval, and disposition.
The system supports compliance with government records requirements, provides secure search and retrieval capabilities, and enables audit-ready workflows for lottery operations. Built to handle sensitive documents with appropriate access controls and retention schedules aligned to legal and regulatory standards.
